2004 is just round the corner and frankly, we can't wait. That said, we'll be sad to see 2003 go as we've loved every moment of the binglybongly rollercoaster ride and we hope you have too. A big wet festive kiss and humble thank you to everyone who's helped us and to those who came along and enjoyed and supported what we're doing.

We're taking a bit of a breather for the moment, but in the New Year we plan to emerge like a glorious binglybongly butterfly from our chrysalis with more exciting events and stuff. There'll be a new regular night in Shoreditch, more Friday nights in London Bridge and other good things on the website to entertain and inform, so stay tuned.

In the meantime, if you have a sudden desire to send us lots of presents or want to invite everyone to your party or have found a couple of turtle doves you don't know what to do with, you can always drop us a line via our messageboard and we'll see what we can do. Meanwhile...

-   Crikey, the binglybongly snowmobile has just crashed through the binglybongly igloo and bumped into the binglybongly snowman. They're not easy to control, these snowmobiles, you know. After a quick apology and having put the snowman's carrot back in the appropriate place, we've done a 3 point turn and carefully parallel parked next to the North Pole and we're eagerly anticipating the future...

So, grab your walnuts and a glass of port and lemon and do the hokey kokey unsteadily round the Christmas Tree for 'tis verily the season to goose a loved one under the mistletoe, or understandably, perhaps not.

-   Immerse yourself in the magical festive season, point and cry "pass the alka seltzer!" at the Christmas Dinner round your in-laws, try some drunken karaoke or have a holistic doze in front of the TV during the Queen's speech. You might like it...

We've got all sorts of good cheer and goodwill for you that's quite likely to put a bulge in your Xmas stocking and partridge in your pear treeeeeah!

-   Thanks for a cool 2003. Keep safe and happy. See you in 2004!

and finally...

-  In the Kitchen

When preparing your Christmas Day meal, be sure to establish a positive relationship with your ingredients: respect your roast potatoes; empathise with your stuffing; enter into a dialogue with your turkey; get feedback from your carrots; but don't take any crap from your brussel sprouts.

(loosely based on a quote from the Little Book of Complete B*ll*cks by Alistair Beaton.)

-   That's all for now.

If you have any comments about anything in this update, please tell us.

All the best from everyone at binglybongly mansions

This bit is about us:

-   binglybongly productions works to help alleviate, through uplifting music, the stresses associated with today's lifestyles. Some music has the ability to alter your mood in a positive way, which can help you to deal with seemingly overwhelming problems. Good music touches everyone, and we want to make it easier for people to hear the interesting and upbeat music we believe can improve the quality of life.

We’d love to hear from you if you have any recommendations of music that inspires you. You can also post ideas and talk with other people on our online messageboard.

As well as producing top quality upbeat music events and compilations, we are researching the connection between music and well-being and good health. We're providing this information via the wellbeing section of our web site.

We're covering topics such as how to survive stress at work, coping with exams, relationships, families etc. and we’ll publish advice, tips, articles and interviews that we gather. A library of all published material will be maintained on the site. If you have something to say about how music has helped you in any way, please get in touch.

In the meantime, if you have any questions, comments or would like to get involved we’d love to hear from you. You can reply to this mail or email us at info@binglybongly.net, call us on 020 7739 7661, or visit our web site.

P.S. If you'd rather not have any more mail from us, please let us know and we'll sort it out.
